2001 A.D.:
February -
- Casino Night and Linda's induction as the President-elect of South Bay Long Beach Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists: photos: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.
- The Yucca Valley cabin. It's still there. Linda and I put siding on the far side. March -
- Linda inline skating down on the Venice boardwalk.
- Vandenburg AFB in Lompoc, CA while working for IT Corp: photos 1, 2, and 3 (the beach), 4 (Bruce Sibbett, the head geologist), and 5 (the Titan IV launch facility). April -
- Annie around 6-7 weeks at the Lange Foundation rescue center (photos 1, and 2), and her mother, brothers, sisters, and cousins (photos 3, and 4).
- April CE meeting of the South Bay Long Beach Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists: photos: 1, 2, and 3 at the Cheesecake Factory in Redondo Beach, CA.
- Linda's Santa Monica Bay Auliliary of Childrens Hospital Garden Party. Well, the rummage sale in front of the main house.

2002 A.D.:
March -
- Congratuloser..what? Congratulations! It's a triplex! We closed on March 26, 2002. It seems we are becoming members of the community.
July -
- Knott's Berry Farm - Linda and Me in the old west during the annual party given by Linda's new employer, Health Care Partners.
December -
- Finally! After 9 months of working every night after work and every weekend (except one) we finished the front unit of the triplex and it was rented with no delay. Andy built and put in everything except some of the windows and the bathroom drywall. Here are some of the before and after photos:
